All steaks are served with your choice of potato - loaded baked potato, au gratin, wasabi mashed potatoes, traditional mashed potatoes or hand cut fries and your choice of sauce. Other beef cuts available include the Australian tenderloin, Australian T-Bone and the U.S. Choice Top Sirloin. Additional specialties such as pork chop, grilled fish and a great selection of appetizers and American desserts also feature on the menu. The lunch menu features a selection of U.S.D.A.
